2. Platform Services

GoFundYourself.jobs provides a gamified gig marketplace platform that connects clients with freelancers. Our services include:

• Job posting and discovery
• Proposal and contract management
• Payment processing and escrow services
• Skill-based leveling and XP system
• Review and rating system

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Platform Fees

GoFundYourself.jobs charges platform fees on completed transactions:

• Starter tier: 10% for 0-4 completed tasks
• Growth tier: 8% for 5-19 completed tasks
• Pro tier: 5% for 20+ completed tasks
• Client fee: 3% service fee on all transactions
• Fees are deducted from the total job payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

5. Job Posting and Completion

When posting or completing jobs on our platform:

• All job descriptions must be accurate and lawful
• Fixed pricing tiers must be respected
• Work must be completed as described
• Payments are released upon job completion and approval

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Circumvent the platform for direct transactions
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Manipulate the XP or review system
• Use automated systems or bots

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between users, GoFundYourself.jobs will:

• Provide mediation services
• Review evidence from both parties
• Make fair and impartial decisions
• Reserve the right to final determination

8. Limitation of Liability

GoFundYourself.jobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
